Slammin' Salmon

1/2 lb. salmon
3 tbsp. Lawry Lemon Pepper Marinade
1/2 cup frozen vegetables

Select a salmon fillet according to your current socio-environmental ideals. Place it in a ziploc bag and add one half of the given quantity of marinade. Marinate in the fridge for 30+ minutes. Preheat the oven to 350ยบ. Use a microwave to unfreeze the vegetables. Wrap the fully marinated salmon in tinfoil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Stir-fry the vegetables in oil. Place the salmon and vegetables together on a plate and drizzle on the remaining quantity of marinade. This light and summery meal was inspired by numerous trips to the IKEA cafeteria.
