Trouble In Dallas
Trouble In Dallas
1 egg
1 cup white rice
A dash of tumeric
A dash of chili powder
A dash of black pepper
A dash of Sriracha
Cook the rice in a vessel suited to the purpose. Fry the egg sunny-side up, being diligently mindful not to break the yolk, as this will add a measure of gooiness to an otherwise dry dish. Mix the spices in the rice, and set the egg jauntily atop it. Sprinkle Sriracha in a balanced and even manner atop the egg. Layers of spiciness combined with a general absence of other flavors will make this a challenging dish for some, but highly rewarding for the adventurous.
